Another victim dead of fraternity hazing. A freshman law student Horacio Tomas Castillo III was found dumped on a side walk in Manila and was brought to Chinese General Hospital where he was declared dead on arrival Sunday morning.
A concerned citizen found the body of " Atio " Castillo on a sidewalk 8 a.m on Sunday. His mother knew about that incident when she received an a text message that her son was brought to the hospital.
Horacio told his parents that the initiation was over and that a welcome event or a drinking session would be held on Saturday. The administration of the UST has ordered " preventive suspension " of all the officers and member of Aegis Juris Fraternity.
Now people has been asking questions if hazing or initiation in fraternities or sororities necessary?
